Ms Nicholls outlined the format of the day (Sun 2nd June 2019) as it currently stands to celebrate this special occasion both at Twyford Wood (former RAF North Witham) and then locally in South Witham involving local groups and SW Academy school children. Flyers detailing the event to be produced / posted through every door in the village by the WW team.
